We Press Forward Into The Great Unknown
This blogging things is new to me, but I am excited about the possibility of reaching a larger congregation...!
As Memorial Day approaches, I think about our Military stationed around the world. I lift up prayers, burn candles and incense in honor of the fallen and honor of those who are in harms way today.
While I do not subscribed to the Military Industrial Complex of today's War Machines, I do honor the warriors from all lands who are called to war either justly or unjustly by their respective countries. As a minister of the Gospel of Peace, I cannot give any blessings to those who profit from the death of innocents around the world!
This Memorial Day, we also need to remember the fallen Natives, 100 million in number, who were exterminated by this government that preaches to the world how to live. We must never forget that the country was formed in the midst of the genocide of more than 100 million aboriginals.
